  • Approximately 50m2 (7mx7m) stand, this modality is Unobstructed Floor
  • The number of stands in this modality is six and are located in the central area of the Hangar.
  • The maximum height to which the stand can be lifted is 6 metres.

Up to 11 persons can be accredited:

  • 4 accredited as exhibitors.
  • 5 representatives of the organisation, (opening ceremony and Gala Awards Dinner)
    • 3 persons at the opening ceremony
    • 4 persons at the awards dinner
  • 1 or 2 speakers participating in the content of the exercise.

Category:

Gold Sponsor, large logo, used in documentation, videos and welcome graphics at the venues, Roll ups etc.

Advantages:

  • Participation in the exercise, through content in a 30 min presentation, or participation in round tables 
  • Assignment of audiovisual rights of the presentation/round table undertaken with live connection and demonstration at the stand in the TLP Hangar if required.
  • Priority access to the opening ceremony, (auditorium of the UCLM Assembly Hall), 3 representatives.
  • Priority access to the presentation/networking room (approx. 1 hour).
  • Presence of self-produced videos, provided by the Exhibitor company, (<2min) on the welcome screens in the Hall of the two venues, mention in press releases and in the various events, inclusion of (highlighted) information in the official dossier.
  • Capacity of space for demonstrations, the characteristics of the demonstrations must be defined with the coordination of Bacsi, if audiovisual equipment is required for live connection with your presentation to interact with the demonstration.

Characteristics:

Each E1 accredited person will be entitled to free accommodation in the hotel organised by the Organisation on 18 and 19 October as bed and breakfast accommodation.

Lunch at the TLP “MURF” restaurant, 50% of the price of the menu per accredited person, with meal vouchers.

Step 1:

  • Ring the following telephone number: + 34 639 335 116 so as to be sent a plan and choose your stand.

Step 2: 

  • Complete and sign the form and send it to secretariatecnica@ejerciciobacsi.es
  • Make payment.

Step 3:

  • When payment is received, a link will be sent from secretariatecnica@ejerciciobacsi.es  to pre-register your E1 personnel.
