- The elements or material included in the E2 stands are the following:
- Counter
- Table and 4 chairs
- Approximately 25m2 conventional stand. this modality offers the union of three 9 m2 simple stands, located mainly in corners, although some are located in the linear space.
- Approximate 9×3 measurements in linear space or an “L” formed by three 3x3m squares, in corners.

Up to 8 persons can be accredited:
- 3 accredited as exhibitors.
- 5 representatives of the organisation, (opening ceremony and Gala Awards Dinner)
- 2 persons at the opening ceremony
- 3 persons at the awards dinner

Silver Sponsor, medium logo, used in documentation, videos and welcome graphics at the venues, Roll ups etc.
Advantages:
Priority access to the opening ceremony, (auditorium of the UCLM Assembly Hall), 2 representatives.
Priority access to the presentation/networking room (approx. 20 min.)
Characteristics:
Each E2 accredited person will be entitled to special rates for hotel nights accommodation, at the main venue of the exercise.
The nights contemplated would be 18 and 19 October as bed and breakfast accommodation.
Lunch at the TLP “MURF” restaurant, 50% of the price of the menu per accredited person, with meal vouchers.
Steps to follow for contracting the Stand
Step 1:
- Ring the following telephone number: + 34 639 335 116 so as to be sent a plan and choose your stand.
Step 2:
- Complete and sign the form and send it to secretariatecnica@ejerciciobacsi.es
- Make payment.
Step 3:
- When payment is received, a link will be sent from secretariatecnica@ejerciciobacsi.es to pre-register your E2 personnel.
